Our client, a well-established company in the food production industry located in Zottegem, is looking for a motivated and experienced Technical Operator.

As a Technical Operator, you play a crucial role in the production process.
You ensure that the production lines run efficiently and intervene quickly whenever deviations occur. Thanks to your technical insight, accuracy, and problem-solving skills, production continues smoothly.
Your responsibilities:
- Setting up, operating, and monitoring production lines.
- Performing quality checks and making adjustments where necessary.
- Detecting technical malfunctions and independently resolving minor defects.
- Carrying out machine changeovers, cleaning your equipment, and ensuring machines function correctly.
- Recording production data and strictly following established procedures.
- Assisting with preventive maintenance and actively contributing ideas for process improvements.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment at all times.
Working hours are from Monday to Friday in a two-shift system:
- Morning shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
